Stone Bank School continues to work on improving its communication for our school families and to do so as efficiently and effectively as possible.  Following are how we will provide our families with news and information: 

Skylert SchoolMessenger sends phone, email, and text messages to families throughout the year. Families must keep their contact information up-to-date to ensure they receive notifications through Skylert by logging into Skyward Family Access and selecting Skylert in the left column.  Verify or update your contact information, and add additional phone numbers or emails.  These changes will not affect your Skyward Family account which is set during online registration.  You can contact the school office to make those changes.

Optional: Text Message Opt-in
Skylert SchoolMessenger can utilize a text message option to communicate with families through our service for quick updates (lunch menu or newsletter), or for urgent matters (i.e.: school closings, safety updates). You can choose to opt-in by completing the section “Text Message Information”.  Each guardian must sign in as themselves to add their cell phone number to this opt-in feature. Message and data rates may apply.

The Middle School Minute is a bi-weekly video announcement designed specifically for middle school students. Currently, Mr. Allen is at the forefront of presenting the updates. However, looking ahead, we aim to involve middle school students in the platform to enhance engagement and creativity.  Additionally, middle school students can access the Middle School News & Notes Google Classroom. This online platform sends reminders about permission slips, program registration deadlines, events, volunteer opportunities, and more.  CLICK HERE
