Online Registration Dates
Online registration will be open from Monday, August 11, through Monday, August 31, 2026.
Where to Register
Ready to register? You’ll complete the process online through Skyward Family Access. A registration link will pop up right at the top of your Family Access wall on August 11. You can log in by visiting this link to access your account. If you happen to forget your login or password, simply use the "Forgot your Login/Password?" link on the Skyward sign-in page to get back in quickly!
Registration Fees
E-Funds
For your convenience, E-Funds is our preferred method for managing fee and lunch payments. To help offset credit card and electronic processing fees, a $1.00 transaction fee will be added to each payment made via checking, ACH, debit, or credit card. You can easily access E-Funds by clicking the "$" icon on the homepage or choosing "Make a Payment" in Fee Management.
If you haven’t yet set up an E-Funds account for your child, please create one as soon as possible! You can get started by visiting this link or clicking the "$" icon on the homepage of the Stone Bank school website.
Quick Setup Instructions:
Find Your Student's ID First: Each child must be registered on E-Funds individually. Go to Skyward > Student Info tab to retrieve your child's "Other ID."
Register on E-funds: Click "New Users, Register Here" and enter the "Other ID" in the Student Number field, along with your child's last name.
Cash or Check
Checks should be made payable to Stone Bank School. Please use the Memo line to note which fee(s) you are paying. Checks and cash can be dropped off in the school office, sent to school with your child, or mailed to: Stone Bank School, N68W33866 County Road K, Oconomowoc, WI 53066
Due Date
Online registration must be completed by August 31, 2026, to ensure accurate records for the first day of school. You are required to complete the process for each child. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email, please verify that the process has been completed for each student.
